    Hi all

My DD (10.5mths) has hand, foot and mouth and the poor thing is covered in a bright red rash

every where but her torso. I noticed it this morning when I changed her and it was only a

smallish rash on her legs and a couple of spots on her arms and face and was fine otherwise,

now she's absolutely covered in spots, including palms and soles, and is getting more and more

unsettled and has a temp. We still can't get over how fast it spread! The worst thing is that

because it's viral there's nothing we can do but wait it out, it usually clears up within 7-10

days, so until then my baby is going to be spotty :( Thankfully she hasn't developed any in her

mouth and is still feeding well (fingers, toes and anything else crossed).

Anyway, not really looking for advise or anything, not that I would knock it back if someone

    had some...

My DD had it last year not as bad as yours by the sound of things. But keep a look out for them appearing in her nappy area, my DD ended up getting the blisters there & they were quite painful with coming into contact with urine & Poo (sorry TMI). I hope your little one gets better soon.

He, he. Funny you say that bc the first boots were water resistant baby socks with fleece but they are too wide for his legs so we had to put on tape around them. The new ones are for dogs but much harder I will figure out how to post a pic and put oa pic on Gregers on here
